The US food and drug administration has approved a new diet drug alli. Now the fat blocking prescription diet pill Orlistat, can be sold in a reduced-strength version over the counter. According to GlaxoSmithKline manufacturer of brand Alli, this over the counter pill will be available "this summer".
Unlike other weight loss diet pills, alli diet drug is complementary to a regular physical exercise and a sensible diet. Alli diet pill which is a much lower dose of Orlistat blocks fat production and can increase the weight loss by 50 percent, if followed with a strict diet. Alli is just not a weight loss medication; rather it is a comprehensive weight loss program that works well in combination with a strict diet to aid weight loss.
