If you are trying to reduce fat now, then you must have realized that your belly is one area that is difficult for you to get rid of. No matter how many sit-ups you have tried to do everyday, your stomach fat still does not seem to go off.


Here are some guidelines that you can follow to lose fat on the stomach:


1. Diet and Nutrition


One good way to burn fat from your body is to increase your metabolism rate. If you are eating the correct way, you may even burn fat twenty-four hours a day. So how do you do it?


Eat 5-6 small meals, which include high fiber food and lean protein, and spread over a day. Avoid eating large meals, also avoid fatty and foods with high glucose.


2. Do not focus on abdominal area only.


You must not focus to lose fat on one particular area (your stomach). Instead, you should aim to lose your total body fat. Any people who try to reduce fat on any one area will end up in failure, do not make the same mistake as them.


3. Workout


If you want to lose fat on the stomach fast, then you should also include resistance training in your daily life to increase your metabolic rate for twenty-four to forty-eight hours.


It can be anything that you like to do, just choose any exercises that you enjoy doing. For example, free weight exercises, bodyweight exercises, or jogging on a treadmill. You can do your workouts 3-4 times a week, either before you go to work, or in the evening before you take your dinner.
