You can lose fat without dieting. You do not need to reduce your caloric intake. You do not need to reduce your carbohydrate intake. You do not even need to choose fat-free, sugar-free, or low-sodium foods, over their "fully loaded" counterparts. You don't even need to exercise. All you really need to do is understand how your body's metabolism reacts to the presence or absence of different foods when they are consumed in a particular sequence.


Research has shown that it is possible to manipulate your body's metabolism at will in such a way that you can induce rapid weight loss simply by shifting the types of calories that you consume, from meal to meal, every day, on a rotational basis.
