You don't need to follow a traditional diet to lose body fat fast. Diets are just to hard to follow because they are actually working against your body. Most people don't know that starving yourself or not eating the right sources of fats and carbs can actually make you fatter. Here is a step by step system that will make you lean and you will see and feel the results very fast.
Rule 1: Set smart goals to lose fat Motivation and goal setting are one of the best kept "secrets" in the fitness and bodybuilding industry. Perhaps you do already know that most athletes do already use this but you need to implement this amazing habit right now into your life. I bet you are planning your vacations but why don't you plan life. Write down your goals on cards and have them always with you. For example I have one card in my wallet, one on my desk, one on my fridge, a goal card in my bedroom and so on.
Rule 2: Track your process It is impossible to create a nutrition programme that will work for everyone, period. Therefore it is very important that you track your process from the very beginning.

Rule 3: You need all macronutrients No matter what your body type is you need your intake of healthy fat, complex carbs and proteins. It is amazing but most people want to hear exactly how many macronutrients they need to consume to lose their goals. It is important that you listen to your body as well. The ratios are not "the fat loss secret" calories are.
Rule 4: Do Exercises The diet and weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and there are a lot of shady companies involved. They make you believe that you can lose fat without working out. Well in fact this is actually true but you will never achieve a lean amazing body. Do not believe that every kind of exercise is good to lose fat. Make a distinguish between exercises as a hobby and exercises for fat loss. If you like golf for example then do it but it will not make you leaner. One of the best ways to exercise is train with intervals. I highly recommend that you implement HIIT training into your workouts. An ideal workout would be jog for two minutes, sprint heavy for one minute, jog for another two minutes, sprint for one minute.
