The very first thing that you must do is take action. Obviously if you do not do anything about that stubborn belly fat and those unwanted love handles, then nothing is going to happen to it!
Now I hope you have taken my advice and actually taken action. I can't express enough how important it is for your weight loss success. Now that you have taken action, my next tip is "Persistence Pays". That's right you must keep with it if you want to succeed. I did just that. I did not want to dislike what I saw in the mirror anymore. I took action and then I kept with it. Once you start do not take any steps backwards, keep moving forward with positive thoughts.

In the first week I lost two pounds. Those two pounds were more than enough to motivate me and once I saw these results, I realized just how easy it was. I became even more determined to lose any weight that I had gained.
I still eat great tasting food. I do not go to the gym and sweat my butt off for hours everyday. If you have taken that first step, do not take any steps backwards, continue towards your weight loss goals. I want you to be successful. I know personally just how good it feels to see the pounds start to drop.
