Putting weight and fat on is as easy as pie! Losing that weight on the other hand, especially as you get older, is no easy matter as you may well know. Becoming overweight and piling on the fat requires no calorie counting, no needing to watch what you eat, no exercise and definitely no will power.
Unfortunately it is often the way that the more you put on the less inclined you are to go to the gym or exercise as you feel rubbish, as you feel rubbish you continue to eat rubbish as comfort food, you put on more weight and so the vicious cycle continues.
So how do you get out of this cycle? The answer as ever is as simple as you start a bit at a time, continue to do that bit then add to it, then do more and so on - before you know it the vicious cycle is actually a healthy one where you are losing that excess fat, getting fitter, eating better and importantly feeling better.

The important part is that you have to see results for your efforts, without seeing results the will power and motivation will suffer and you will start to feel that the effort you are putting in to burn off that fat is just not worth it. So what exactly should you do? Simple, eat sensibly and exercise! - obviously this is easier said than done and what always helps is a program to follow.
There are plenty of diets and exercise programs out there that will help you lose weight and get fit, some more extreme and painful both mentally and physically than others. Losing the fat is just the start though, you need to keep it off! Whatever program you pick therefore needs to be realistic, something that you can continue to follow and importantly provides you with that all important motivation to keep going.
Again there are many of these programs available but one that has helped thousands of people throughout the world is the Fat Burning Furnace, a program involving all of the important principles above - diet, exercise and motivation.
