1 cup almonds (roasted)
Filtered water

In a large glass jar, add 1 cup freshly roasted almonds. Pour 3 - 4 cups filtered water in the jar.
Put on the jar lid tightly and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days.
After refrigerating time is over, blend the soaked almonds in an electric mixer until you get the consistency of a puree.
Using a clean cheesecloth, strain the puree to separate liquid and pulp. Press the cheesecloth gently to drain the last traces of thick almond milk.

Ingredients
1 cup raw organic almonds
2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
3 cups filtered water

In a saucepan, add almonds for soaking. Pour water until the level reaches to about 1 inch above the almonds. Soak almonds overnight.
Next day, wash and rinse the almonds several times. In between, boil 3 cups water in a saucepan.

Pour 2 cups hot water and 2 tablespoons maple syrup in the mixer, and blend again for 3 minutes.
